Dissecting a mix - the making of an album
18:00 — 19:00Using an AV set-up Mike will project the full Pro-tools beds (multitracks) of Love Like Planets onto a screen and discuss in detail production ideas - including how and why particular elements (reverbs, compressors etc) were utilised in the recording of the album, as well as answer questions about production ideas (instrumentation etc) and recording in general. Mike will hone-in on the details and creative workings of this exciting album in what will be an absorbing and entertaining experience for visitors.
