For Visitors, getting to the New York Audio Show at the Brooklyn Marriott is easy, by land or water! You can take advantage of New York's excellent public transportation system, most notably the New York City Subway, which has 842 miles of subway track to serve the 5.4 million people who hop on daily. The Brooklyn Marriott is located near two major subway hubs (Jay St./MetroTech and Borough Hall/Court St.), both of which provide close access to the Marriott/Brooklyn Bridge Hotel.
Blue line (A or C)
Accessible in Brooklyn near the show via Jay Street (at Willoughby St.).
The A line is express to the Jay St./MetroTech stop, while the C is local and makes all stops on the way.
Orange Line (F)
The F train runs express to the Jay St/MetroTech stop (where one can also access the A and C lines).
Red Line (2 or 3)
Accessible in Brooklyn near the show via Court St. (near Montague St.) or Joralemon St. Both the 2 & 3 lines run express. Get off at the Borough Hall stop if you're heading to the show.
Green Line (4, 5 or 6)
Accessible in Brooklyn near the show via Court St. (near Montague St.) or Joralemon St. The 4 and 5 lines run express to the Borough Hall stop, while the 6 will also get you there, albeit making all stops along the way.
Yellow Line (R)
The Yellow line is currently inoperable from Manhattan to Brooklyn because of damage sustained to the underground tubes caused by Hurricane Sandy.

Long Island Railroad (LIRR)
The show is also accessible via the Long Island Railroadâ€™s Atlantic Terminal in Brooklyn. Once there, one can hop on either the 2, 3, F, 4, 5, or 6 lines (heading towards Manhattan and exiting at either Jay St./Metro Tech or Borough Hall/Court St. stops). For additional information, call 511 and say â€œLIRR.â€
New York Water Taxi (NYWT)
Getting to the show via water is also an option made possible by the New York Water Taxi, which is accessible in Manhattan from one of several piers. If you're using the Water Taxi to get to the show, get off at Pier 1 (Brooklyn Bridge Park/DUMBO). From there, it's a short hike to the Brooklyn Bridge Marriott. Alternately, you can catch a cab or bus that'll get you there with less physical work on your part!
You can access the Water Taxi from one of several locations in Manhattan & Brooklyn:
Pier 79/West 39th St. is located at 12th Ave. and West 39th St., at The Hudson River.
Christopher Street/Pier 45 is located on the Hudson River in Manhattan's Greenwich Village neighborhood. The pier is opposite West 10th St., accessible by nearby crosswalks at the ends of both Charles St. and Christopher St.
Battery Park/Slip 6 is located on the southern tip of Manhattan at Battery Park, overlooking the Statue of Liberty.
Pier 84/West 44th St. is located on the Hudson River in Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood, right next to the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum, and just steps away from Times Square and Broadway.
In Brooklyn, one can hop on the Water Taxi at the Fairway Dock in Red Hook and at the Ikea Dock (Pier 11, Slip A). The Water Taxi Ferry and IKEA shuttle are located on Pier 11, Slip A, on the East River. Slip A is the first slip on the left side of the pier. The ticket booth is right next to the slip.
Finally, if you're really looking for adventure, you can walk or cycle over the Brooklyn Bridge.
